Modify default in-game vehicles

Hey,

so I'm trying to add car trailer mod (https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/car-trailer), it works great. But it's an add-on, so you have to add 

<Item>cartrailer</Item>

to every vehicle which will it be compatible with.

 

My problem is that I tried adding it to Sadler and streaming only new vehicles.meta file, but it doesn't work, nothing changes.
